What is the limit on team size?
Up to 6 people.
Can we compete with a pre-existing project?
Yes, as long as you keep working and advancing your project during the hackathon.

What is a hackathon?
A hackathon is a competitive event in which teams work intensively for 24 hours to develop ideas to meet a given challenge. The outcome can be a business plan, a product demo, a mockup or others.
What is the professional background requirement?
We’re mainly looking for scientists, engineers, students and entrepreneurs in relevant fields: Plastics, chemistry, biology, mechanics and materials; Alongside: Developers, industrial designers and makers. But any individual related to the challenges can apply.
Does it cost me money to participate?
Participation is free of charge.
What will I eat? [kosher, vegan, vegan, GF, etc]
We will provide kosher food and beverages throughout the day and night. There will be vegan options. If you have any other dietary limitations, please mention that in your application.
Where will I sleep?
We will provide a sleeping area with mattresses and bean bags to relax and get some shut-eye. We recommend bringing anything that would make you feel comfortable - from blankets to onesies.
